About Seth Carroll

Seth is a native to the Golden Isles and is no stranger to real estate and residential construction. He is a graduate from Georgia Southern University where he earned an Engineering Degree in Construction Management, while simultaneously obtaining his real estate license prior to graduation. Seth grew up working on various residential construction sites throughout Glynn County for his dad, who is a local builder. Apart from new constructions, Seth enjoys being able to represent clients in both the buying and selling of their homes. Seth’s fun loving personality, work ethic, and background knowledge of residential construction will allow him to be an agent you can count on!
